Jeffrey Pawlick holds a PhD in Electrical Engineering from New York University, where he developed mathematical models for risk analysis in cyber security and information privacy in the Internet of things. His work has addressed problems in emerging areas such as decentralized botnets, biomedical devices, autonomous vehicles. He currently writes from Rome, where he studies at the Pontifical University of the Holy Cross.
