Starting with the so-called African “Cult of the Ancestors”, the author identifies some values that this continent has, such as life, and the awareness of being part of a family – a close-knit community. He recognizes that many of these values being given, rather than made, do not depend on the human will for either their existence or interpretation. These and many other values are true wealth that Africa offers the rest of the world.
